- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk of choice (almond & coconut works great)
- 1 tsp Everyday Grade matcha powder
- 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 3/4 cup mixed berries
- 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- Add oats and almond milk to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 2:30 minutes.
- Allow oatmeal to cool for about 5 minutes. Then, add the matcha powder and maple strip and stir until fully incorporated.
- Top with hemp seeds and berries and enjoy!
