Berry Hemp Matcha Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice (almond & coconut works great)
  • 1 tsp Everyday Grade matcha powder
  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 3/4 cup mixed berries
  • 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup 

Directions:

  1. Add oats and almond milk to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 2:30 minutes.
  2. Allow oatmeal to cool for about 5 minutes. Then, add the matcha powder and maple strip and stir until fully incorporated.
  3. Top with hemp seeds and berries and enjoy!
