- 1/2 tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder
- 8oz cold water
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- Whisk together the matcha, sugar, water, and lemon juice in a bowl until the sugar is dissolved.*
- Pour into a cup over ice to serve. Garnish with a sliced lemon as desired.
*To avoid spilling lemonade as you transfer the liquid from the bowl to the cup of ice, use a bowl with a spout. Or, mix the lemonade in a small pitcher or measuring cup.
